Only 5000 miles on her but I notice the click in the right rear while
stopping while going forward after backing up out of the driveway or
wherever. It only does it the first time I come to a stop. Subsequent stops
    are quiet. Any ideas?

Very common question. I should add it to the FAQ.

It's the brake pads shifting a tiny bit on the mount bracket. Perfectly
normal and is in fact a sign your brakes are operating correctly.

If you eventually notice that the noise goes away, there is the possibility
that the pads are becoming seized on the mount bracket, so it's then time
    to have them checked out.

Yes, it would great to have it in the FAQ. I know that this sound is
"normal", but I still don't understand why only Honda's brakes do this.

It's just a little quirk of the way they're designed. As the anti-squeal
shims begin to corrode, the pads will start to adhere to the caliper and
piston, and the noise will get softer, eventually disappearing altogether.

Honda brakes are also more prone to seizing in winter than some other
    makes.

That question is now in the FAQ, but I haven't uploaded the updates yet.

your site should I have further questions.

Call your Honda dealer. There is a TSB on the problem and they replace the
shims to correct it. I can't understand why so many people buy 30 thousand
cars but are afraid to call the dealer to get problems fixed. For more
information on Ody than you ever would want to know go to www.odyclub.com
    and check out the forum.....

I added that TSB (04-019) to the FAQ, and fixed up the text referring to
    this issue:

..............I am not afraid of anything!!!!! I was simply inquiring if it
was a problem at all or just a quirk of the particular
