Hopelfully, someone can help. Have a 1987 Accord and it runs great except
for the REALLY annoying squeek coming from the front drive side. Have had
the up and lower ball joints replaced and lube up all tha I can find. The
soun dsounds like a rubber bushing rubbing against something. I figured it
must be part of the suspension as when I push on the corner it squeeks.
Driving car over bumps, squeeks, even just accelerating .. squeeks.

Now the infuriating part, the squeek just disappears mysteriously as it
    mysteriously appears. Ideas?

even thouh you have replaced the ball joints and put stuff in them they
could still be rubbing. go to a parts store and buy a silicone lubricant
and spay it inside the rubber boot on the lower ball joint on drivers
side. i hade same problem and it fixed it.
