When it is damp out there are times when my 1989 Honda Accord LXI (fuel
injected) will not start. It is not the fuel pump relay as I hear the pump
kick in and run. It is intermittent so if I just let it sit it may start the
next time. Happens only a couple times a year. Once in a while I notice an
engine stumble while idling that seems like a cutout. Engine shutdown once
in traffic, restarted in 5 minutes. Any ideas (other then fuel relay)?

    Ignition-related--plugs, wires, distributor or coil.
