    Hello,

    I have a 1990 integra 2 door.
I have a slight vibration coming from the drivers side through the steering
    despite repairs.
Driver side front wheel bearing and lower tie-rod end has been changed.
All summer tires are balanced, and 4 wheel alignment has been done.

Changed to winter tires (different rims) and I still fell the subtle vibration
    at around 130km/h.
My mechanic took it for test drive - he didn't notice anything.
I have babied this car since new - there is definitely something amiss on the
    drivers side on the front.

When car was raised wheel seemed solidly mounted - horizontally and vertically.
Mechanic also checked driveshaft - the driveshaft seemed fine.

Any ideas what this vibration could be?

"Lower tie rod end"? No such thing. You've got an upper and a lower ball
joint, and an inner and outer tie rod end. What exactly was changed?

It's not easy to tell when the ball joints are going bad. Get a dealer (or
competent garage that knows this car) to give them all a good going over.
I'll bet you've got a worn one in there somewhere.

Alternatively, have the inner or outer CV joint boots ever split?

Slightly warped rotors with a slightly stciky caliper could cause
this. Does it vibrate more when you brake on the highway?

    Yes, it does.
    I'll check this out also.

    Cheers. :)
