What is the cause to have fast flash turn signal (right turn only) on 1991
Accord LX? Do I need to replace flasher or turn light? How to find the
flasher or the front turn light signal. thx.

You have a blown bulb in the turn indicator at the front or the back!
Use the Mark I Eyeball to see which end isn't working!

Have someone check all your lights while you activate them.
Usually this is a sign that one of your signal lights has burned out.

I checked the turn light, and both the front and back right turn light are
working. It is just flashing too fast. Any other idea?

  5. Did you check *all* of the lights? One at front corner, one inset in front
bumper etc., rear lens may have two bulbs (but I only recall one on mine)

Also, when you say too fast, you mean at about double the pace, and not
    just slightly faster, right?

Turn on the emergency flashers and walk around the car. Look for
anything that is different between left and right. As others have
pointed out, a broken bulb will cause the fast flashing. If you have the
wrong bulb (e.g. a 5W bulb instead of the typical 21W bulb) you can also
    get fast flashing.

yes, you are right. The front right turn signal in front bumper is out.
Now, how do I remove the front right turn assembly from the front bumper
and replace the bulb? Any good instructions?

    thanks

thanks, it is a nice site with manual in details. However, my broken front
right turn light is the one near the bottom of front bumper, not the one
in the corner. It seems tricky to remove the light assembly.

Sorry, am I missing something here? This diagram shows the bottom bumper
signal on the left side of the page, as far as I know these are the only
locations for the front turn signals. As you can see it only requires the
removal of 1 screw, not very difficult!

yes, you are right. The left diagram does show the front turn light signal.

However, I still can't find the screw shown in the figure. According to
accord repair manual, the screw should be located inside the hole of
bumper. I only saw a donut type structure without a screw. Did I missing
    something?
