    Ireplace the water pump on my 1991 honda civic,Now it don't want to
    start.Whats wrong.

    The timing belt's off a tooth, is my fist guess.

    Second guess is that the plug wires have not been reinstalled the in the
    right order.

    Can you describe how it won't start?
