1994+ accord country of Manufacture

    How many accords of this vintage and sold in Canada (specifically
    Vancouver area) are made in Japan vs North America? I know how to tell
    from the VIN; just wondering if anyone has any stats on this question.
    Also is the EX-R 4cyl any more problematic than the base models?
    (Factoring out people driving them overly hard). Thanks.

    My 94 Accord EX was made in Ohio and I live in Ontario and from what I've
    heard of the EX-R it's just as reliable for the most part as the EX and LX
    models just with a few more options.
