1994 honda accord ex V tec 4 I just got it 4 months ago car runs good
but in the last month has developed a little hesitation or bounce at
2000 to 2500 RPMs in any gear. If I hit the gas it runs smooth right
up to 6000 RPM in any gear New plugs wires cap air filter ox sensor.
No codes It passed emissions test no problem Tried carb cleaner no
    change.
    140000 miles
    Any suggestions would be appreciated
    thanks

possibly throttle position sensor? maybe a dirty or worn element.

the problem could be in the resistive element that measures the throttle
position.Either dirt,a worn spot on the resistive element,or a wiper
problem. The resistive element forms a voltage divider that the ECU measures
to determine throttle position. You could check [disconnected]with an analog
ohmmeter,or [connected] by measuring output voltage, preferably with an
analog meter that would better show the noisy or intermittent spot.

Or you could just replace the TPS/throttle body.

cleaning the throttle plate itself will not solve those problems.
