Our 97 Accord was damaged in an accident where the front drivers wheel
hit a curb and since then the suspension was repaired, but now the
check engine light came on. The OBDll code reads P0700 which is
something wrong in the transmission. The car and trans run great but
it seems that the torque converter may not be locking up at freeway
    speed.

I am aware of the solenoids that control this but am not sure where
    they are located.

Anyone have any ideas as to how I could troubleshoot this problem?

    Thank you in adavance.
