I have a problem starting this car. At first I thought it may be
because of all the rain that we have been having. I changed the
distributor cap and rotor. Still doesn't start. I did further testing
and found that there is no spark coming from the spark plugs. I am
sure that there may be more than one reason for this, but I suspect
that it may be the igniter?

    Thanks in advance

Make sure you haven't tossed the timing belt. Take the distributor cap off,
and make sure the rotor is spinning while cranking.
