You can also use a propane torch (unlit). Hold it near the suspected leak
then turn the gas on. Idle will change.

Idle adjustment is set to it's highest of the range it can be in spec.

I did take it back today to the dealership because it was acting up often
today, the tech came out with me and I showed him what it was doing and he
says that it could be the IAC valve, but this is not the normal symptom of
IAC valve trouble. He says that it would normally stick open or closed
causing a high or low idle respectively.

They have the IAC valve on order and should be in the next few days. :)
I'll post after they replace it.

The Honda dealership installed a new IAC valve today. Haven't fully
tested it yet but... it did act up once today after I got it back. Idle
speed drops down after the gas has been touched. :0(

Thanks for the update. Did they check for air leaks first?

I am not sure if the new IAC valve is masking the indle drops or if it is
actually just better. It seems it isn't doing it half as much now with the
new IAC and an ECU reset. After the ECU reset I noticed better throttle
respones too :0). The gas pedal feels kinda gritty at the top or like it
is sticking just a slight bit. (new throttle cable, replaced by honda
recently). Seems that it is felt right at the throttle body when I give
the car some gas from under the hood. Can I clean the spring loaded
    throttle thingy?
