I need to know if someone knows where the fuel filters are for an ULEV 2000 Honda Accord.
there are no fuel filters to replace the only fuel filter is inside of the gas tank and is not part of maintaince
-------------------------- A plugged fuel filter will start to manifest when fuel consumption is at it's highest. Murphy's law says it will happen when passing a long truck while climbing a hill into a headwind with three or four passengers and all their luggage. It will be more likely to happen at night while it's raining, per Murphy. If your symptoms don't match, a bottle of injector cleaner will often rule out the fuel filter as a suspect. 'Curly'
After never having any problems or symptoms, the car half starter but immediately died out. I tried a few times on different days appeared like it wanted to start but would not. My cousin who knows quite a bit about hondas said he seen the symptons before and said to pump the gas and turn the key and should start. It did start and works good but when I step on on the gas and then release the pedal all of a sudden the engine dies.
that's not a filter problem. check the ignition system and for any loose leads. you may also have a flooding problem - injection cleaner will fix that. finally, check for any codes on the engine computer.
