2000 Odyssey manual sliding door problems

The two manual sliding doors on my 2000 Odyssey both open and close
with a clunky rattling noise and feel. Took it to the dealer, paid
$40 for them to "clean the channels." They DID find spilled soda in
the tracks, along with crayons. Love those kids.

A week later, I noticed the "slider" on the driver's side door was
somehow not tracking properly. It pretty much would drag along the
    paint of the van.

Obviously, I have never spent any time watching how the slider SHOULD
work, but equally obviously, it shouldn't touch the paint! This is
the part of the door that slides in a channel along the side of the
    van's body.

I am taking the car back to the dealer tomorrow. I'd appreciate any
tips that can be offered, especially from anyone else who has had a
    similar problem.

Obviously, I have never spent any time watching how the slider SHOULD
the nylon rollers on the center slide have broken. they'll replace
    the rear center bracket/roller assembly.
