Will be replacing my factory OEM 2001 Honda CR-V tires, looking for
possibly recommendations from everyone. Will be sticking to major
brands. Also not looking to get a second mortgage to pay for them.

90% highway use, occasional hard packed gravel off-road use.

    thanks!

You'll get comments about Michelin, Yokohama, Dunlop, etc, but a good tire
priced economically is from Kumho for under $50/tire. But being on the west
coast here, cold snowy weather isn't the issue, except to go skiing.
Otherwise check out www.tirerack.com for reviews on various tires to fit
    your needs and budget.

and $50 gift card if you buy 4 tires ?
