I find the front brake pads on my 2003 Accord are way too dusty. The front
rims are almost completely black from the dust. Does the 2004 Accord has
different pads to help get rid of this? Also, I've heard that the 2003
Accord and 2002 CR-V pads are compatible but that the CR-V pads aren't as
dusty. Is this true? I was also looking in the 3rd party Monroe brake
    pads. Are they any good?

All cars have this problem, some more than others. You could try a Brake
    Dust Shield.. ---> http://www.thepartsbin.com/kleen-wheels.html

You could try non-Honda pads, but you'll be replacing rotors in 10k miles.

Have you tried this product yourself? Parts Bin says it requires no
tools for installation. True? They list no price; can you tell us
    about what it costs?
What does it look like installed -- i.e., does it make the wheel
    appear solid rather than spoked?

I would expect this would largely contain the dust at the cost of making
your brakes run hotter (it's a shroud as far as the brakes are concerned).

Agreed. Honda will, as a secret warrantee in Canada, replace
any pads for free up to 35,000 km's. They are defiantly too
    soft and wear prematurely.

But wouldn't they use the same kind pads? Wouldn't the new ones still be
dusty and wear quickly or did they switch to a different pad that performs
    better?

No, I have never use them but my son uses them on his BMW. It's one of
the worst car's for break dust on the front wheels. Here's a web page
    that gives more info. http://www.accessconnect.com/kleenwheels.htm
