2003 Accord sometimes creaks when coming to a stop

    Hi,

    My 2003 Accord 4-cyl LX-G, 5-spd has 30,000 KM on it and I recently noticed
    a faint creaking sound sometimes when I come to a complete stop. Has anyone
    ever heard of this before? What could this be? I'm suspecting either the
    brakes or the suspension. Any help would be appreciated.

    I don't imagine I'm gonna be too popular at my dealer when I mention this to
    them since I just ragged out the dealer's owner about his service
    department's inability to fix the rattle in my roof liner. He said he'd
    have a talk with them about it. To me, that just means they're gonna treat
    me like shit now since I got them in trouble for not doing their jobs.
    Ain't life grand.

    Nah, who cares if you're poplular at the dealer. You're the customer.
    It's not like you have to live with the employees.

    If I were you, I'd wait awhile and see if it gets worse or stays the
    same. It's only an 03, you have time left on your warranty.
