I've have been to the dealership 4 times already to replace the run
channel on my passanger front window. Each time it takes 2 trips as
they don't keep this part in stock.

My first two trips was back in June 2003. The changed the run channel
as they couldn't stop the wind noise from entereing the car.

October 2003, I noticed that my window was off track and a part was
missing from the outside of the window next to the mirrow. This was
the same window they fixed in June. Also since this wasn't a window I
often used, I didn't realize it was off the track. When I rolled it
down and then back up, the window rolled up and out of the car about
    1/2 inch.

I took it back into the dealership and the first thing the service
advisor said, "someone broke into your car". I said "nope, nobody
did". Bottom, line they put the window back and found the missing
piece of rubber but now it was all damamged but they put it back as is
and ordered me a new run channel. One week later I went back in to
have them replace the run channel for the second time.

Now, I pick up the car (4th trip) and notice that they never change
the passanger side run channel as it was as I gave it to them. The
damanged rubber was still there. I was upset. I told the service
adviser and he said they would order me another run channel and fix
it. A 3rd time. I insisted I talk to the service manager. He told
me they fixed it and that the rubber will fix itself in one week. I
said "I don't belive you". He then said , no problem, we will order
you a new run channel. I was not pleased but I had no choice.

The next day, I'm driving to work now guess what. The drivers side
window is experience wind noises and the passanger side is also. So,
I think they changed the wrong window. (they touched the drivers side
instead of the passengers side). My problem now is both windows need
new run channels. So back I call the service advisor and next week
I'm back at Honda to get both windows fixed!!! TRIP 5 next week!

Has anybody had this problem before? HELP

    Thanks
