2003 Accord Wiper problem

    My windshield wiper just stopped working. This happened once before during
    the winter but I just attributed it to Ice buildup. It's now 95 degrees and
    in the middle of a rainstorm they just locked up in the middle of the
    windshield.

    Any suggestions - I checked the fuse and it was fine.
