2003 Honda Accord - Shipped needing an alignment?!?

Discussion in 'Accord' started by Duran, Sep 2, 2003.

  1. The steering wander and brakes are *serious* safety issues. Have you
contacted Honda Customer Service on those issues... and let them know that
your next step is to contact the NHTSA for a possible request for a safety
recall? You should also see if you can invoke a lemon law (usually State
?) based on repeated (5th) unsuccessful attempts to fix a chronic
problem(s). Personally I've never heard of the 6 second rule - sounds
kinda daft to me that you have to be in the wrong lane for it to count.
You could be dead by then!!

The problems you've had should not happen of course but they do with every
mfr with varying probabilities. They also are easily corrected *if* you
have a competent dealer... which seems to be the main source of your
complaint, rather than a global indictment of Honda and the current moel
    Accord.

Ignore this clown Peter. Mike has a history of giving wrong information, and
    ....well...flat out lies here.

He is an American car mark, and a known Honda basher.

We all refer to him as our village idiot...and you will get used to him in
that capacity I'm sure, but in the meantime, don't listen to a word he
says...he's just about 99.9% full of it here.
