My fourteen month old Accord has developed little rattles and squeaks
from the windows or liner or something, at freeway speeds. Never seen
the like in a Honda product. Haven't taken it to the dealer yet.

Rattles are hard to find, and you usually have to start pulling panels
to fix them, so it's up to the dealer. Meantime, some squeeks respond
will to a shot of ArmorAll, if it's causes by one panel chafing against
    another.

It's probably coming from the vents mounted on top of the dash and on the
front sections of both sides of the dash. Try spraying them with WD 40 or
some other kind of spray lubracant.

I had some leaves in the air vents before, but these are coming from
the glass at the top of the windows, and/or the liner near the doors
and windshield, several locations by the sound of it. More like
    squeaks than rattles, maybe.

  5. ....And for god's sake _don't_ go spraying WD-40 into your air vents,
    for obvious reasons...

  6. How cold is it where you live?
Might be due to winter weather?

on the extreme side when it hits -20celsius here all kinds of new noises
    start coming out vehicles. :)

-20 is extreme??? Come to up here to Sioux Lookout and you'll be wishing
for -20 when the thermometer is at -45 WITHOUT the wind chill :). I don't
think my 92 Accord will ever be the same.

Los Angeles, +45f is considered extreme!

Yeah, up here in the SF Bay, I felt sorry for them as I was walking around
in shorts and sandals this weekend
