2004 Accord stereo panel

    Can anyone suggest a place I can get a panel to replace the CD holder in
    a 2004 Accord with a double-DIN slot? I've seen them in pictures like
    this (left picture):

    but I only need the plastic panel, not the whole DVD player :)

    I have all the plastic mounting gear and brackets for my 6-disc in dash cd
    changer.
