Brake pedal went to floor. Replaced front discs and rear brake shoes
(including both rear wheel cylinders). In addition replaced the Brake
Master Cylinder with auto parts store part (not from the Honda
dealer). Bled brakes with all new DOT3 fluid. Brakes still going to
    floor.

Question is......could the Brake Master Cylinder from the auto store
    be bad ???

Yes, it could be bad. Anything is possible.

I have a 91 Accord that developed a crack in the reservoir (got one
from the junkyard). Maybe it's something like that.

Are you losing fluid? If not, and there is no air in the system,
doesn't it have to be a bad MC?

Brake MC replaced with parts store brand, brakes bled on all sides.
I'm thinlking the parts store Brake MC I installed is .....defective.
No fluid loss from the resivoiur

Fluid level does NOT drop? Then the new MC is bad. Par for the course for
    aftermarket.

If there is no other fluid leaking "anywhere" then it is blowing by the
    seals in the MC.
