90 ACCORD SHOULDER STRAP RECTRACTOR

    Where is the actuator for the should strap retractor?
    this is a four door model, the passenger side shoulder belt doesn't move in
    the track automatically like the drivers side. where is the motor for this
    unit, can't find it in the shop manual at all
