    (1) Auto seatbelt has worked on and off lately. Then today, it stopped
working. Everytime I had this problem, the warning light (seatbelt)
was on and the buzzer beeped until I turn off the starter.

What should I have to look up?
Will the repair cost a lot?

    (2) When I turn on the headlights, the lights in the dashboard will be
turned on in 10 seconds or so. I'm worried if they'll be gone sometime
    soon.

    What should be checked?

My 91 Civic's driver's auto seatbelt failed a few years ago.
Turns it the car has a lifetime warranty on the auto
seatbelts. Yours probably does, too. Check your warranty
and/or call the dealer and ask.

  3. I had that dash light problem in my '91 Civic. They would come on
after the car warmed up, but started coming on later, and later, then
never. I recently took the dash apart, jiggled all the cables, pulled
all the bulbs and cleaned the contacts and connector, and then they
    worked fine.

And then the car was totaled I didn't get to enjoy having those lights
back after years of being out.

On the flip side, I bought this little red LED light that worked just
fine when I needed to see how fast I was going and if I had gas during
    a cross-country trip.
