90 Civic Wipers

    Hello All!
    Just new to the Honda family. I just bought a 90 Civic hatchback. Every time
    I start the car the wipers go through a few cycles.Nothing will stop them
    short of turning
    the car off. Anyone know of any fixes THANKs!
