Well, it seems that the brake master cylinder in my Accord has bitten the dust. :-( My clue that this is the problem would be the paint peeling away from the brake booster where the brake fluid is eating it away, and the brake pedal going almost to the floor, not good. <lol> It looks like a "simple job" to replace the brake booster and master cylinder, but those famous words have caused me more grief than I want to admit. To me it looks like a remove the bad parts, install the new ones, bleed the brakes and you're done kind of job. Or is it a get part way into it and realize there is the special High pressure wigget tool, available only from the dealer for 0, knuckle busting, just take it to the shop and let them deal with it kind of job. <g> Tia Dean btw my skill level is advanced amateur. I've replaced master cylinders before, just never on anything newer that a 65 Mustang. ;-)
