  1. ok, i've tried, and exhausted all my resources.
what i've concluded is that i either need a new fuel pump, fuel filter, or
to clean my injectors (which i REALLY hope is all thats wrong) All i need
from someone so kind is to explain to me, show me a site with a diagram,
or IRL show me where at above the intake manifold is the fuel injectors,
so i can get to em' and clean em....the reason i believe its the fuel
injectors most is cause i ran out of gas recently, and sediment from my
gas tank must have gotten into them clogging them. lemme know what u ppl
think, and if u know of any sites where i can take a look at a diagram or
    something, thanks

Care to give some symptoms? I ran out of ammo the last time I tried to hit
    a target in the dark.

Are you sure is fuel problem? It could be your main relay F1 - they
tend to go down. Symptom is engine cranking but not starting - like you
    run out petrol completely.

Just because it doesn't start after letting it run low on gas could be
    a total coincidence.
    Getting spark?

Without knowing ANYTHING about the symptoms for the Honda, best guess is
this: Hold the pedal to the floor while trying to start it. Go fifteen
seconds if you have to. This part is in your Owner's Manual in the
chapter about 'Starting The Engine'. I'm guessing your engine is
flooded. It won't hurt to try it.
