91 accord over rev at highway speeds

  1. Posting for a friend, who owns a 91 accord. automatic tranny. that over
revs at highway speeds. Meaning the tach is around 3600 at 65 mph.
I sounds as though the engine is really working hard. Is this normal for
this car? He just had a tranny shop pull, to rebuild the tranny, and
they said it is fine...Anyone have a ideas would be a big help....
