I have a 91 accord that will not start after being left for a few days.
It cranks and seems like it almost catches but will not start.

    I have tried the following
I can hear the fuel pump turn on when I turn the key to on.
If I take out the spark plug and start, I can see it sparking. I
replaced the spark plugs just in case (and because it was time anyway).
I sprayed some starter fluid in the air intake and it started for a
    second.
I got 2 gallons of gas and put it in there to make sure I didn't run
out of gas (it was low but not out).
I'm going to try to replace the fuel filter this weekend.

Any ideas. Could this just be condensation in the gas tank (this is in
seattle and it is pretty wet. I was think I would get some dry gas and
put it in just in case.

    Thanks.

I'd try simply wiping the moisture off the cap, rotor and wires first. At
this point it sounds like you've got weak spark.

    How old are those wires?

Fuel filter and "dry gas" has absolutely zero to do with this.

If the rotor has not been changed out in awhile, might try changing that
    and also the dist. cap.
Replace plug with the recommended NGK or ND only.

I replaced the fuel filter and it started ok (after the second try).
I'm not sure why but it has started since then.

I had the rotor and spark plug wires replaced about a year ago. I
checked the spark plug wires resistance and they were all under 13000
    ohms, so they are ok.

There are no codes after driving it again except for the speed sensor
(another problem I need to fix)

I'm still not sure what happened. The radiator has a leak, so the car
was steaming before it was turned off and left for a few days.

    Thanks!
