I have 91 accord and it won't start. I took the battery to have it check
    and it's bad, I replace a new battery, it's still won't start. It's sound
like it won't ignit. Could it be the igniter? How easy is to replace the
    igniter?

Not that hard, but at least check if you have spark before you start
    replacing things.

Igniter, then distributor coil, then distributor rotor (then main fuel relay)
are the Achille's heel of circa 1990 Hondas.

I'd suspect the igniter or timing belt first for a "no start with no prior
    symptoms" condition.

Try some of the diagnostic suggestions people post here first, like checking for
a spark. Check the timing belt by taking off the distributor cap and seeing if
the rotor moves when you try to start the car.

I found the following helpful when I changed the igniter on my 1991 Civic:

I had a similar problem with my son's 87 Honda:
Was running fine, parked it over-night and it wouldn't start in the morning.
It kept turning over but would not fire.
Check it too see if it had spark - it did, checked the fuel pump - it was
    okay, battery was good.
Didn't check the distributor cap cause I was getting spark at the plugs.
After having my mechanic tow it he checked the Distributor cap and that was
    the Problem.
Distributor cap was full of rust.
Not saying this is your Problem, but just check the less costly stuff first.
