I have a 91 civic that runs great when it starts. The car will not start
in the heat and humidity. If the car is in shade, or if its cooler
temperatures, it has no problem starting. There is a good amount of
pressure when taking the gas cap off. No one seems to diagnose it
correctly. If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

  2. I read that those cars suffer from relay problems. Since it is a fuel
injected car your not going to get vapor lock.....I am sure some other
posters will clarify this for you..

Give us some more info on this condition..doesn't turn over, turns over no
    start, no click at all..etc

What Captainkrunch said. Meanwhile, take a look at the following which talk
about the infamous "main relay problem causing a non-start condition in hot
    weather."

My 1991 Civic LX's main relay died in 1999. I replaced it. No problems since.

Some here swear by re-soldering instead of replacement.
