    My 91 cicic lost power going up a hill. It felt like it had slipped gear
    and would not start back up. What could this be?

    What's the mileage, and when did you last change the timing belt (miles
    or years)? Does it spin faster than normal but still not start?

    Automatic or manual?

    What EXACTLY happens when you try to start it? (Don't just say "it won't
    start").
