Rolling down my driveway (short hill) in neutral (5 spd) I get a noise
like a subway train accelerating. If I tap the brakes it seems
related. On the road, there's a faint clicking noise related to the
speed of the vehicle and coming from the right rear.
Brakes/emergency/rear, rubbing? George, wanna take a crack?

  2. Are the pads possibly worn? The brake wear indicator usually makes a
screeching noise but at low speeds it can be more like a groan or moan,
    especially in reverse.

The other thing is binding calipers. Have you checked the temp of the
rotors right after a drive - try stopping with as little use of the brakes
as possible, using gears, to see if one rotor is much hotter. If the rear
calipers have never been replaced, it could be about time for it - my '92
Integra's rear calipers were done at ~100K miles/10 years but I live in the
    frost belt.

Thanks George, either scenario makes sense to me. I'll check it out. I
also thought the emergency brake may be binding.

  4. Oh yeah - I had that on my '92 Integra a while back after it sat idle for
several months. I could feel that setting/releasing the handbrake did not
have enough "spring" to it and it was sticking on just one side. A spritz
of SuperLube spray grease (http://www.super-lube.com/) on the top of the
rear caliper around the clevis pin/cable end fixed it.
