My cooling fan comes on and stays on indefinitely after engine is
stopped, even when first started in morning, turn ignition on back off
fan comes on..My efforts so far have been replacing, fan itself, fan
relay, fan fuse, fan cooling timer, with no success, what else could
be the problem? HELP and just put new a/c compressor on .. running
out of money,,when I pull the 20 amp fuse, the fan shuts off, put fuse
it, fan comes back on,, even when engine is cold...

what else could be the problem?
Thermostat ( fitted on cylinder head ), when hot sends a
    current to relay.

Where on earth do you get your information?

    1) The thermostat in this car is NOT fitted to the head, and
    2) it has no electrical component, and thus cannot send "current" anywhere.
