I found some water in my trunk after a recent rain. Where can I look to
find the leak? It was wet on the drivers side near the middle. TIA

sounds like maybe the back window.best thing to do is have a friend spray a
ton of water while you are in there(the trunk) with a flashlight

The tail light lens gaskets are a common source for water leaking into the
trunk. Check the tail lights, if there's water in them then they need to be
dried out and the gaskets should be replaced. I've seen quite a few people
driving around with tail lights that look more like fishbowls.
Another common source of water is the trunk lid gasket. On my '88 Civic I
found that I only had water leaking into my trunk when the car was parked
facing downhill. Water would accumulate in the front corners of the
drainage channel and then leak past the seal. Replacing the seal solved
this problem. Try http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com if you need parts.

I second what Eric said and suggest either (1) as Eric said, replacing all rear
light assemblies' gaskets with new ones, or (2) disassembling all rear light
assemblies, thoroughly cleaning the old gaskets, then use a caulking gun and
apply a bead of silicone appropriate to the temperature range you anticipate on
both sides of each gasket where it's supposed to seal.

Water was getting into my rear light assemblies and trunk a couple of years ago.
I did (2) above and have had no problems since.

The drawback to (2) is that when this fix fails, cleaning off the old silicone
    may be a PITA.

I can second what the other guys said about the gaskets. I took my 92
Accord to the shop and told them to look at the same problem you have. They
also told me about the gaskets. I have to wait til it rains here in Houston,
    TX to verify it.
