My honda sometimes hesitates when I first get in it and start driving if
it's a hot day. Anyone have any idea what it might be? Fuel injector?

There are several possible problems that cause this:
    spark plugs fouled
    fuel injection system faulty
    fuel filter clogged
    incorrect ignition timing.
    intake air leak

Recently changed: spark plugs, fuel filter, and installed racing air
intake. Timing seems okay I guess, car idles at the correct RPMs. I used
fuel injector cleaners in the past.

Seems like I only get this problem when it's hot outside. Sometimes the car
won't start again right away after stoping like to get the mail or
something. Have to give it about 10 seconds.

Think I need to manually clean the injectors?

Had this problem when I replaced my distributor on my EX-R... Changing the
    ignition timing corrected it dramatically.

Your Main relay is shot. Replace it or resolder it. Do a google search
for honda main relay, or look here:

For the morning misfire, I'd run a couple tanks of gasohol thru it, (to
clean the injectors) or see if the relay fixes that also. Who knows?
