fuel pump will not come on have power at relay and switched with junker still nothing
Have you tried running a wire direct from battery to pump to see if the pump will come on then? Do you hear all three clicks from the Main Relay? I suspect cracked solder on the Relay. You may be getting power TO the relay, but is it going to the pump through Terminal 7? http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq/startproblems.html#mainrelay
What John said. Also, if you can gain access to the contacts on the pump, make sure you have a voltage there (including proper grounding). Pumps do go bad sometimes. Remco
