92 prelude

    I just bought a 92 prelude to restore. When I turn on the car, it revs up
    and down the whole time the car is on. Someone told my husband it was the
    O2 sensor, but we changed it and that didn't fix it. Any ideas?

    Possibly vacuum leak, cracked hose, intake gasket, bad sensor. Any codes in
    computer?
