The display on the radio in my 1994 Accord EX doesn't work most of the time
(unable to see station) and the tape player makes the tape jump every few
seconds contantly unless the display is on before putting the tape in. The
odd time giving it a good smack seems to help but other times does nothing.
Any ideas as to what's wrong with it or how to fix it, it worked fine up
until this past January, I'm wondering if some really cold -40 nights may've
somehow affected it. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

It ain't the cold. Some Canadians subject their stereos to -40 night
after night (and all day too)

Look on eBay, there's one for sale near you. Buy it for CHEAP. You can
go up to '98 model stereos and still plug-n-play, I believe.

    Scott,

Here's an example of a radio from eBay. Should be similar to what you
want. . . .You can plug a CD changer into the back or put a single CD
under it, replacing the storage pocket. You could aslso just get a
Honda Am/FM/CD instead. Sometimes they go CHEAP . . .
