94 Civic EX: slight pull to the left at speed

It seems I may have a slight pull to the left at highway speeds. Does
not appear at low speed (e.g. <10 mph). At first I thought it might have
been the brake problem I described here recently, but it seems to be
present even after I checked the brakes, cleaned up the calipers some
and replaced the pads. Does not pull left when braking at low speed.

What should I be looking for? I did notice during the brake job that one
or more of the sidewall belts has snapped on the inside of my *right*
front tire such that there's a substantial bulge in the sidewall. I'll
replace that tire soon, but I doubt that's causing the pull to the left
    at highway speed.

CV boots are developing cracks, but nowhere near split that I can see.

Incidentally, the car has Uniroyal tires on it now. They seem fine, but
for some reason their tire selector can't find a tire for it now--I
imagine that's just an error. Other recommendations? I don't drive like
a racer; just looking for a decent tire that will last, at a reasonable
price. We don't usually get tremendous amounts of snow here, and I've
never used special snow tires (no place to store 'em), so I need a tire
that will serve well under a range of road conditions.

The bulge on the inner right side tire is probably suspect. Do a temporary
test and swap left/right front tires and check for pull to the right. Or
try normal tire rotation front to back and see if the problem clears.
Either way, the right front tire needs replacing and depending on milege,
    so may the others.

I have a 95 Civic EX Coupe from new and still prefer the OEM Bridgestone
Potenza RE92s. Great traction, excellent handling, low noise tire. You can
go to www.tirerack.com and check out the many brands of tires they stock.
