I figure I have to get this car on the road - the a/c was fixed by my
mecahnic a couple weeks ago , but it was low on freon today - I added to it,
but it barely made it any cooler - I see before the compressor clutch was on
a lot more and off is very short. now, after the recharge, is is on only
briefly, then off for a longer cycle. I'll have the mecahnic check it out.
There is a one year warrrantty on the used compressor that I gave the
    mechanic.

The rebuilt tranny is in and shifts cripsly - 5 spd - found on eBay.

I do have a serious problem with severe hesitation - I had the mechanic
check this and he said the timing was off, he adjusted it, it seemed fine,
now the problem is back. When I accelerate from a stop, sometimes I have to
feather the clutch to avoid a near stall - not good in a busy intersection.
I have tried this with the a/c off - it idles up more rpm, and has a little
more power, but not much more. When getting onto the highway, I have to
allow extra room - sometimes the power is really strong, other times wimpy.

I gave up on the epoxy for the bumper skins and bought a new bumper cover
for the front and a used bumper assy for the rear. Looks good, but I need
to buy more clips from the dealer. seems like not everything match the shop
manual, unless a 95 has slightly differant mounts than a 94.

thanks to everyone for your help!

Must have been from sitting so long, but the car now accerates smoothly.
A/c even works a little better, but is not up to task on a hot sunny day.
