    Greetings,
I have an 96 Accord 4 dr LX a/t with 156k miles. Initially would click at
starter solenoid when trying to start but now finally refuses to turn over
at the starter. Replaced starter, master relay, starter signal fuse (in fuse
box) and battery load tests ok. I am pretty much at a loss any ideas.
    Thanks

Check the voltage drop through the wires when the starter is
    activated.

To do this, first hook a volt meter between battery '+' and the
starter '+' side. There should be less than 2v drop through the
wiring and components when you attempt to start the car.
Repeat for the battery '-' to the starter case. Again there should be
less than 2v drop through the wiring and chassis.

You may have bad wire connections or other bad component.
