    I have a 98 accord. about two days ago when I turned on my headlight
    switch my wipers came on and contiuned to wipe until I turned the
    lights off. Also the left turn signal indicator on the dashboard is
    stuck on /left turn signal will not work. Again this is only when the
    lights are turned all the way on. no issues when only the parking
    lights or no lights are being used. Also when lights are turned on the
    drivers side headlight does not come on. the whole light assembly was
    replaced about 6 months ago so the light itself should be fine. Any
    ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    What do you mean by "whole light assembly"? The left head light, or the
    switch? It sounds like wires are crossed in the steering column (less
    likely), the switch is bad or something has lost its ground wire.

    ===============================

    If it was replaced as a result of an ACCIDENT, that's an important bit
    of info. It does sound like a missing ground connection.

    It was replaced due to an accident. I will check all the grounds and
    let you all know.

    I don't know if this may help....Did you
    have your ignition switch replaced under the
    recall? I had mine done, it was known to cause
    strange problems, because the contact did not
    have the ability to carry the current needed byu certain
    accessories.
