I have a 98 Integra which is hardly used 30K Miles, Car got stolen
last year and had to replace readitor and some external parts. Now for
last few weeks, the does not start some times, but the alarm system
works. When i start, it tries to start but fails, if i jump start the
car runs fine for another week, (i just do jump start for about few
seconds the car starts ). Is the battery problem or alternator or
starter ? how much does alternator or starter repair cost ?

Lot of places will check your battery and alternator for free. It only take
a meter to mesure the voltage.
With a 5 yo car, you can expect the bettery to be finished. Especially if
your low milleage is caused by short trips only and the car not being driven
over some periods of time. Also, if the battery got completely drained out
at some point (forgot to turn off the lights for example), that will sorten
    its life.
If it was the alternator, I doubt you would last 1 week between the jump
    starts.
I always paid around 100$ Canadian for either. Just make sure to have your
radiator checked first before you put in a new battery since if it cannot
supply enough charge, it would damage your new battery.
You might also ask them to check the current which is drained from the
battery when everything is shut down to make sure that you don't have a
    short somewhere.

Battery was bad, changed the battery and everything looks fine now.

    Thanks,
