98 Odyssey exhaust rattle -- catalytic converter?

I have a '98 Odyssey with just under 150,000 miles on it. For the last
5,000 miles or so, I've been hearing a rattle from underneath. It
sounds exactly like someone shaking marbles in a can. It's worse under
acceleration, though it quiets some when the car is fully warmed up.

Does this sound like your garden-variety heat shield rattle, or could it
be the catalytic converter going bad?

    Thanks

Heat shield. Get underneath with a great big hose clamp and snug it tight.

How many heat shields are down there? One already fell off about a year
    ago.

Oh, several. It doesn't matter except for the size of the hose clamp you
    need.
