Yesterday I replaced my spark plugs (the gaps were HUGE) and since I've
been noticing poor fuel economy the last month or so, I decided to run
1/3 of a can of Seafoam in through the Brake-assist vacuum line.
Shortly thereafter, I got in the car and did a good 160 miles of
    highway driving.

After that, I noticed that at idle (or stopped with the trans in drive)
the engine would stutter randomly about every 5-10 seconds. It NEVER
did this before, and I'm trying to isolate the cause. Anyone have any
    ideas?

    Thanks!

The PCV is often neglected / forgotten. Changed it lately?

I also suspect you didn't use the correct plugs, or gapped them wrong.
The specs are in the owner's manual.

Have you confirmed that your CHECK ENGINE light is working correctly?
Bad misfire should set a CODE and turn on the light.
