99 accord, power and mileage loss , car is limping around..

    Hi,

    Here is more news, I had a leakdown test performed once again at another
    service center and 90 bucks lighter, the results are 3-5% on all cylinders.
    Did the techron do its job or did they do the leakdown when the engine was
    cold?
