Fram cat. book calls for PH3593A, I found it was much
smaller than the original. Anyone knows what is
the right # ? Look like PH6811 is the right size,
    is this the right one?

Either numbers is fine. Buy Supertech from Walmart. It's cheaper. The
O-ring is better. Fram's rubber band O-ring tend to stick to the engine.
You could could screw up on the next oil change. I've seen it happened
    to a mechanic.

If you don't like Walmart, buy STP. The one I had looked decent. Others
are overpriced for a minor critical filter.

Wix 51334 is an excellent quality widely available filter (NAPA, CarQuest,
lots of independent auto parts stores).

Purolator LF14459 is an excellent quality low price filter for your Honda.

    I wouldn't use a Fram personally.
