'99 accored ex remote stopped oeneing door

    seems to cycle something under dash in programming mode but won't open or
    lock door locks

    new battery in remote which appears to be working

    is there a door lock actuator or sometrhing else in the door that can cause
    this?

    also, the panic button doesn't work either
