I was wondering what can I do to my 99 honda accord to give it more
torque and horse power withouit spending alot of money. I just put in
a decent cold air intake (decent as in I spent 90 dollars for it). I
was wondering if there is anything else I can do. Thanks Amanda

Well, understand that this isn't a performance car, first off. The
"cold air intake" * probably gets you 1 or 2 hp. You may want to
consider a freer-flowing exhaust. I'm not sure if anyone makes a chip
for the Accord. Do a Google search for 'Accord performance' or
    something like
    that.

    * I think this is a misnomer, personally. Most stock intakes actually
take outside air and bring it into the engine. Most "cold air intake"
systems I have seen don't - they have a big old air filter sitting
right under the hood, sucking in all that nice hot air. In my view,
    all
they really do is bring in MORE air, not necessarily colder air.
